Veg The Healthy Way

Some people who choose to forego meat tend to lean more towards potatoes and lettuce and miss out on some essential nutrients. Since I'm an advocate of adapting traditional recipes to vegetarian tastes, here's a story with some insights on how to get those nutrients.
